MALCOLM W. COOPER

Malcolm is a qualified Corporate Accountant and Chartered Secretary.  He is a Fellow of the Association of Taxation and Management Accountants, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Managers, Secretaries and Administrators.

Malcolm commenced his career in corporate services after being seconded from Australia to a licensed offshore trust company owned by major Australian and overseas financial institutions and ultimately rose to being the Managing Director of several merged trust companies in Vanuatu and then Hong Kong.  He has had extensive experience in incorporating and administering companies around the world including Hong Kong, Singapore, UK, USA, New Zealand and various low and no tax jurisdictions.

Malcolm first acquired Shelfcom for the trust group in 1986 and has built it to its current position as a complete professional corporate services provider.
